On Twitter they can re-tweet your posts so their followers can get your updates with links to your post on your site driving traffic your way instantly from these various directions. Same goes for Myspace and Linkedin.

One that you have all that in place you need an audience. Under 100 Facebook fans is unacceptable. It makes your company look unsuccessful and therefore unprofessional.
